Recovering

Microsoft has identified the issue and is putting mitigations in place. While some worldwide users are seeing improvements, the timeline for full recovery is around 4 hours (7 pm EST). Click here to read more on Microsoft's communication about the outage.

Investigating

Microsoft is reporting a wide-spread outage of Microsoft 365 and Azure.

While not all Clarkies are experiencing this issue, it may impact a number of Clark services, including Outlook, OneDrive, and Office 365. It may also impact Clarkies' ability to log into other non-Microsoft systems such as CUWeb, Canvas and Zoom.
