Canvas: Reported Issue
We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
Instructure has confirmed there is a problem and is working to resolve it.
We have received reports that some community members are having issues accessing Canvas, receiving a URL not found error. We have reported the issue to Instructure.
In the meantime, we recommend students try the following:
- Try a hard refresh in your browser (Control + Shift + r on Windows, or Command + Shift + r on Mac)
- Try a new browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox)
- Try in an incognito/private browsing window
- Try on a different device
