Instructure has confirmed there is a problem and is working to resolve it.

Investigating

We have received reports that some community members are having issues accessing Canvas, receiving a URL not found error. We have reported the issue to Instructure.

In the meantime, we recommend students try the following:

  • Try a hard refresh in your browser (Control + Shift + r on Windows, or Command + Shift + r on Mac)
  • Try a new browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox)
  • Try in an incognito/private browsing window
  • Try on a different device
