ITS has resolved the issue preventing some users from logging into CUWeb/Banner Self-Service.

ITS have identified the issue and we have put measures into place to resolve the issue. Users may now experience successful logins to CUWeb/Self Service.

ITS is continuing to investigate the root cause, and apply a permanent solution.

We have received reports that some community members are having issues logging into CUWeb/Banner Self-Service. ITS is currently investigating these reports and will update again soon.
