Investigating

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is reporting a wide-spread outage. This is impacting a large number of cloud services, including Qualtrics, SmartBuyPlus and analytics.clarku.edu. It may also be causing delays in receiving emails to Outlook, though most users have better performance in Outlook Online.

ITS will continue to monitor this outage, and update when the outage is resolved or if the outage escalates. Click here to follow AWS's own communication on this issue.
