Network and Banner/CUWeb: Scheduled Maintenance

The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.

ITS will perform important security maintenance on the Clark network on Sunday, September 6, between 6am and 10am.

Between 6am and 9am, many buildings will experience a 20 to 30-minute network outage. Additionally, Banner/CUWeb may be unavailable during the maintenance. Other services, such as email, you.clarku.edu, and Canvas, will not be impacted.

The Center of Media Arts, Computing and Design (CMACD) may experience short outages until 10am.

During the outages, Teams phones will not be operational; however, the Teams client on your cell phone will still be able to receive and make calls. Additionally, voicemail will continue to work through the outage.

Emergency phones and card access to buildings will remain operational throughout the outage.
