Instructure is reporting that most users can now access Canvas, and our monitoring is shows that users are successfully logging in and using canvas.clarku.edu.
ITS will continue to communicate closely with Instructure on this outage, and their recent security incident. We will update the ITS status page, and the community as appropriate.
Our monitoring shows that Canvas is now available and users are successfully logging in. However, we have not yet received communication from Instructure that the system has fully recovered. Users may still see issues with access and functionality.
Canvas is currently experiencing an outage.
ITS is working with Instructure (Canvas' parent company) to resolve this outage. You can learn more about the progress of this outage on Instructure's status page.
