Network services are fully restored. Most applications are restored except for Banner/CUWeb and some dpeartment specific applications. Teams are still working on fully restoring applications. Thank you.

Additional services continue to come back online include Clark WiFi and the majority of the campus network. Some guest network users may still be experiencing an outage.

Recovering

As of 8:25pm some services have been restored. Phone functionality and VPN access have been restored. On-Campus network access is partially restored.

Identified

We have confirmed that there was an issue related to the power outages happening on campus that impacted IT infastructure. The power has been restored and ITS is on-site and currently restoring services. We expect another update before 9pm ET tonight. Thank you for your understanding as we work to solve this issue.

Investigating

The Clark network, including phones are currently experiencing an outage.

ITS are working to identify and resolve the issue.
