Microsoft has made optimizations to resolve many user issues. These changes are ongoing but expected to improve the service issues over the coming hours.

Investigating

Microsoft is reporting that users are experiencing connection issues with some Microsoft 365 applications. These include Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, Outlook Online, and others.

ITS will continue to monitor this issue, and update when the connection problems are resolved or if the issues escalates.
