We've fixed the core issue, and are waiting for things to recover.
An ITS Server is currently experiencing an outage. This is impacting a range of services including:
- Titanium
- Various ITS forms
- Secure Uploads
- Web Helpdesk
- Licensing for some software
ITS are working to identify and resolve the issue.
